Snail Mail Stumper Club collects some personal information from you so that we can run the club and deliver a puzzle to you. Below is a plain explanation of what collect and exactly why we need it.
We collect your mailing address because the Stumper is a physical puzzle, and we need to know where to mail the Stumper.
We collect your billing and payment information in order to charge you for the Stumper. We use Stripe to collect your billing and payment information; we never have access your payment credential details.
You can text the Club on Whatsapp to check your answers to the Stumper. We collect your phone number so that we can authenticate who is texting us.
We collect your email address so that we can send you receipts for your purchases. We may contact you if necessary to resolve questions, solicit feedback, and send you additional info about the Club.
We store all of the information you share with us securely on Stripe; we do not store your personal information on our own servers.
We will never sell your personal information to anyone. We use your information to facilitate Club operations; we do not and will never sell your data to third parties.
At any time, you may request to leave the Club and have your data permanently deleted. Please email support@snailmailstumper.club to do so.
At any time, you may request a copy of all of your personal data that we have, and we will send you those records. Please email support@snailmailstumper.club with any such requests.
